„Tut gut!“-prevention day at Westfield Shopping City Süd 🤸

On Saturday, 8 November 2025, Westfield Shopping City Süd will be all about health! The popular ‘Tut gut!’ prevention day will focus on exercise, nutrition and mental health.

Look forward to exciting health checks, fitness tests and advice from experts who will give you practical tips for a healthy life. There will also be hands-on activities where you can test your coordination, speed and balance, together with ‘Tut gut!’ brand ambassador Kati Bellowitsch, who will be there live from 11 a.m.

For the first time, Ski Austria's ÖSV downhill simulator will be there, offering a real skiing experience in the middle of the centre and providing plenty of action. ⛷️ And for the kids, there's also a colourful programme to join in with, featuring Fito Fit the mascot, craft stations, face painting and a button machine.
