Making Shopping Fun for Kids Too: In the Garden Plaza and Water Plaza areas, a total of 24 Kids Cars are available for our customers.

How to get your Kids Car:

You must be an adult and your child must be over 1 year old and taller than 80 cm
Use the digital terminal located directly at one of the stations to book your preferred Kids Car
The service costs €2 for Westfield Club members, otherwise €4 for 4 hours (if used for more than 4 hours, a fee of €15 per additional hour will be charged)
Follow the on-screen instructions – the amount will be charged via card payment, and a pre-authorization of €50 will be held on your card at the time of booking
The Kids Car will be released once the payment process is complete
After use, return the Kids Car and lock it back at the station
Once the green light turns on, the return process is complete and the Kids Car has been successfully returned

Next to Rauwolf and Billa on the ground floor
In front of C&A and HEMA on the ground floor
Near the Water Plaza Reception on the upper floor

Safety and Liability Information: To use the Kids Car, the child must be at least 1 year old and taller than 80 cm. Before use, the safety belt must be fastened and the door closed and locked. Kids Cars may only be used inside the center and must not leave the building. Rentals are valid for a maximum of one business day. The Kids Car must be returned to one of the automatic rental stations no later than 15 minutes before the center closes. Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately to the reception. PTA Group and Westfield Shopping City Süd accept no responsibility for any damage caused by use of the Kids Car or by third parties. Use is at your own risk; parents are responsible for their children. You can view the terms of use at the station during the rental process.
